It will make about 4 portions
You will need about 1 hour to prepare it

-Lasagne pastry sheets
-1 small onion, chopped
-1 garlic clove, chopped
-1 bay leaf
-Oregano, paprika and saffron/curry
-400gr of minced meat (for example, porc and beef)
-1 tsp of butter
-2 tbsp of olive oil
-1 cup of white wine
-2 cups of tomato sauce
-3 cups of water
-pinch of salt
For the white sauce:
-2 tbsp butter
-1 tbsp flour
-250ml milk
-pinch of salt
-cheese, grated

-Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.

-Put the butter, olive oil, salt, oregano, paprika, saffron/curry, bay leaf, garlic and onion in one saucepan in low heat. Stir it, during around 5 minutes, until the onion is transparent.
-Add the meat and let it color, stirring ocasionally. Add the white wine.
-Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir occasionally and maintain it moist until cooked (around 20 minutes).

White Sauce:
-In a separate saucepan, put the butter and flour n low heat. Let it melt, stirring all the time. Add the milk and salt. Let it get thicker and add the cheese. Turn off the heat.

-In an appropriate rectangular bowl, put some meat, then some sheets of lasagne pastry, and finally some white sauce. Repeat this process for 3 times, finishing with the white sauce. Sparkle with a little more grated cheese.
-Let it in the oven around 30 minutes, until coloured.
