It will make about 4 portions
You will need about 40 minutes to prepare it
-1 small onion, chopped
-1 garlic clove, chopped
-1 bay leaf
-Oregano and paprika
-600gr of chicken
-1 tsp of butter
-2 tbsp of olive oil
-1 small bottle of beer (25cl)
-3x beer bottle measure of water
-pinch of salt
-Put the butter, olive oil, salt, oregano, paprika, bay leaf, garlic and onion in one saucepan in low heat. Stir it, during around 5 minutes, until the onion is transparent.
-Add the chicken and let it color, stirring ocasionally. Add the beer and let it cook for 5 more minutes. Finally, add the water. Stir occasionally and maintain it moist until cooked (around 30 minutes).
-During the last 10 minutes of cooking time, cook the spaguetti ‘al dente’ (boil water in a separate bowl, add the spaguetti, salt and olive oil. Let it boil for just 5 minutes. Serve immediatelly).
