It will make about 4 portions
You will need about 40 minutes to prepare it
-1 small onion, chopped
-1 garlic clove, chopped
-1 bay leaf
-Oregano, paprika and saffron/curry
-400gr of minced meat (for example, porc and beef)
-1 tsp of butter
-2 tbsp of olive oil
-1 cup of white wine
-1 cup of tomato sauce
-1 cup of macedonia (for example, peas, corn and carrots, chopped)
-3 cups of water
-pinch of salt
-Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
-Put the butter, olive oil, salt, oregano, paprika, saffron/curry, bay leaf, garlic and onion in one saucepan in low heat. Stir it, during around 5 minutes, until the onion is transparent.
-Add the meat and let it color, stirring ocasionally. Add the white wine.
-Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir occasionally and maintain it moist until cooked (around 20 minutes).
-Put the cooked mixture in an appropriate oven round recipient and cover it with pastry. Don’t forget to make some holes in the pastry to prevent accidents.
