Cod and Tomato Rice

It will make about 4 portions
You will need about 30 minutes to prepare it

Ingredients:
-2 cups of rice
-1 small onion, chopped
-1 garlic clove, chopped
-1 bay leaf
-Thyme, parsley and coriander (at least, parsley)
-400gr of cod, shredded
-1 cup tomato sauce
-1 tsp of butter
-water
-pinch of salt

Preparation:
-Put the butter, salt, rice, garlic and onion in one saucepan in medium heat. Stir it, during around 5 minutes.
-Add the rest of the ingredients. Fill with enough water. Stir occasionally and maintain it moist until cooked (around 20 minutes).
